Shelley is a British sitcom that originally broadcast on from 1979 to 1992.

The sitcom follows the life of James Shelley (played by Hywel Bennett) - a sardonic, 28-year-old, anti-establishment postgraduate and career income tax dodger.

Regular appearances were also made by Belinda Sinclair as Shelley's girlfriend Frances, and Josephine Tewson as his Landlady, Edna Hawkins.
