Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over who has registered his/her details on this website except employees of Rex Features Ltd, and anyone professionally involved in the competition and his/her immediate family, who are precluded from entry.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the registration process as detailed on this website. Entries will be accepted until 17h00 on 13th November 2009.
3. The first 3 correct image reference numbers selected at random after 17h00 on 13th November 2009 will win. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4. The winner will be contacted by e-mail on Monday 16th November. You are required to respond to the e-mail and supply relevant information for delivery of your prize. No liability will be accepted if the winner is unable to receive the confirmation e-mail.
5. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and Rex Features Ltd’s decision is final.
6. Rex Features Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
7. Rex Features Ltd reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
8. Rex Features Ltd accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.
9. The competition and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
10. The competition is subject to any third party terms and conditions. Under no circumstances will Rex be liable for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the competition or in the receipt of a prize.
