THE BODYPAINTING ART OF ANDY GOLUB

Andy Golub has a job many red-blooded males would die for - he bodypaints naked ladies for a living.

The New Yorker specialises in daubing exotic designs on female skin AND gets paid for it.

His works see eye-popping group shots of girls covered from top to toe in surreal faces.

These include a complex work featuring eight entwined ladies while another sees three larger models make a larger-than-life vision in pink.

Another amazing work has a lone woman painted to look like a Pacman-style face thanks to some limber moves.

Andy, 43, also takes his brushes to the street to paint willing people-canvases for parades and parties.

He explains: "I've been bodypainting for 4 years and I've been a professional artist for 10 years.

"A single bodypainting takes around 3-4 hours, but for a performance I paint in around 30 minutes.

"And if I do a large group of people at a party or a parade, it's much quicker than that.

"People often hire me to paint them, mostly women. Sometimes a man will hire me to paint his wife or girlfriend as a birthday present."

Andy exhibits photos of his work in local galleries, while hiring him to 'pretty up' your own skin starts at $250.
