Ever felt like praising the lord but found ordinary rosary beads too lo-tech?

Well, your prayers have been answered! A company has come up with a modern alternative to traditional wooden beads with what they call The Digital Rosary.

The portable electronic pray aid features a female voice to help you recite prayers and even includes the sound of a full choir answering each prayer.

You simply select the day of the week and the battery-operated
device will read the appropriate Mysteries.

Italian firm Prex state the €30 euro rosary is "really easy to use" and "can be listened to as a journey of meditation and contemplation, or answered to the traditional way".

It also comes in two versions: one for use with headphones or one with a loudspeaker to share the prayer.

How's that for a higher (tech) power?
